HR Rules

Hi! If you didn't already know, all Summer Smoothies employees are required to read this post as it mainly regards to them and is very important.

[1] Admin Rules -
All admins and Hr's must follow these rules. If you do not, you will suffer the consequences.

1. No abusing :m
2. No AAing
3. No using "fun" commands like sparkle, fire, light, spin, etc.
4. Do not use a command on all the people in the server. (Ex. :kill all)
5. Do not admin anyone else
6. Do not use a command on someone unless they say you can
7. Do not change the music every 5 seconds. If I am on the server, you must ask before changing it.

[2] Three Strikes Policy -
Here, I prefer using the "Three Strikes Policy". It gives the person a chance to fix their actions before serious consequences take places. This goes as followed:

If you are found doing something wrong, We will warn you not to do it again. If you do it again, you will be kicked. After that, you will be banned if you are found doing it once again. You may appeal a ban by contacting Crnu or FrostedMiniSuzuyas. If the action you do is harmful to the server, you may be automatically banned instead of using the three strikes.

[3] Consequences
Here are the admin consequences, as they are a bit different then the Three Strikes Policy.

Abusing :m: Temporary admin restriction
AAing: Demotion
Using "fun" commands: See "Three Strikes Policy"
Using a command on all: See "Three Strikes Policy"
Admining others: Demotion
Using a command without user consent: See "Three Strikes Policy"
Changing music too frequently: Temporary admin restriction

[4] Shout Rules
All Hrs are permitted to use the shout. You can shout a QOTD (If there isn't already one), The beginning of interviews (VP+ only), The beginning of a shift, etc. If you are found shouting for personal reasons other than announcing your hiatus or quitting of a group or the things listed above, the Three Strikes Policy will apply to you.\
